Events and Rallies

What can you say about a BMW national? Only that if you have never been you really have to get to one. This is doable in a loooong day ride but might be best done in two for most people. Decent facility and things to do in the area, I enjoyed the Corvette museum.

Dear members,

in addition to Harry's post, I am making a quick event for the national rally as well. We need to get a head count on members who are attending to see if it will support the rental of a tent, table and chairs for the club. The deadline for the rental is April 18th. This is our first national rally and am looking forward to seeing other members there as well.

We have a spot reserved in the Chartered Club Camping area for 20 tent campers.

We also reserved and paid for a 20’x20’ Party Tent, Table, six folding chairs and a side panel for use by club members and guests at the Rally site.

Upon arrival and check in, look for signs and/or directions to the Chartered Club Camping Area and our designated spot. It should be well marked and you can set up your personal tent within that area.

Just registered , getting in on the last day of discounted registration. Volunteered for registration on Friday 11:40 till 16:00.

Used to be that New Sweden and Jersey Shore covered this time period but lately that kind of fell off. If you volunteer you get in a day early.

WOW - Looking at the EVENTS section I see only six member have RSVP'd to go to the rally. Take some time to jump over there and RSVP. The club spent a good chunk of funds for the tent, table and chairs, it would be a shame to see it wasted..

The MOA Rally app is available for download and contains lots of info with schedule of events, seminars and maps.

Attached is a screenshot of the Rally grounds map with Chartered Club Camping Area highlighted. This is where we can camp together and location of the rented party tent. Please take advantage of and use it.
