I just spoke to the new owner on the phone. He is throwing a bunch of money at the property. The new bridge cost $836K alone. It survived the last washout, so they should be good. He has one new cabin on site, some of the old cabins survived, and he just brought in a airstream for rent as well. The best news is he completely remodelled the bathrooms. You can also rent Jay's old house, FYI. Good things are coming, stay tuned.
