Long list of work to be done as I'm due for my 2nd 12k interval service plus I'm doing some additional stuff.
First the hard part, checking the valve clearances. All apart and everything still well within spec! Back together with new plugs and a new air filter. This time i upgraded to the iridium plugs and a BMC air filter.

After that before getting the air box on I had to do the balance procedure for the throttle bodies...

Next came the fluid service. The oil change was already done so I decided to drain out the old coolant and refill with some fresh stuff since it hasn't been done since I've owned the bike...

Then moved onto the brake fluid. Front fluid still appeared good so I left it alone but the rear fluid was dark so I flushed it out until it was clean...

After a long 2 days I called it quits. Only thing left to do is pull the forks and change the fluid. I may do that next Saturday or I may wait as I want the bike ready for the March breakfast ride and knowing my luck I'll run into an issue. All in all a productive weekend!
